Lazarus Deal Recovery provides revenue intelligence and deal recovery for B2B sales teams — per-deal autopsy, forecastability aids, and recovery recommendations. You submit evidence for a specific opportunity (recording and/or transcript, documents, optional mailbox threads, live session turns, field capture, CRM notes, and optional account-signal enrichment). The service uses AI-assisted extraction combined with deterministic server-side scoring to produce a report: risk signals, stakeholder map, evidence quotes, Deal Risk Index (DRI), and resuscitation recommendations.
Lazarus Deal Recovery is human-led and AI-assisted. It does not autonomously contact prospects, negotiate, or close deals. It is not an AI SDR, autonomous closer, or full CRM replacement. Optional tools (for example a Pipeline Leak Calculator) may use manual inputs. Signed-in users may save analyses to their account and link them to CRM deal identifiers; bi-directional CRM write-back is not generally available unless separately stated. Architecture and security controls are described in the Security Overview (SEC-001).
You may use limited free analyses (currently five) as a guest without creating an account. Guest results are for evaluation and are not saved to an account. Creating an optional login (Supabase Auth) enables account-scoped persistence of analyses and related features. After free analyses are used, further runs require payment: pay-per-use per report, a monthly entry allowance, or a monthly team plan, as shown at checkout. Free-tier, paid entitlements, and rate limits apply to guests and ordinary signed-in accounts; circumventing limits or billing (for example by automated account farming or abuse of demo bypasses) is prohibited.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right or explicit consent to record, upload, and analyze any call audio or transcript submitted to Lazarus Deal Recovery.
This includes compliance with:
By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. Lazarus Deal Recovery does not record calls and does not verify consent on your behalf.
Customers retain ownership of uploaded recordings, transcripts, deal metadata, and related content. Lazarus Deal Recovery receives a limited, non-exclusive license to process such data solely to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. Analysis outputs are licensed to you for internal business use.
Outputs are intelligence aids, not legal, financial, HR, or compliance advice. Verify recommendations before acting on them. Lazarus Deal Recovery does not guarantee accuracy or business outcomes.
Lazarus Deal Recovery does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the service for maintenance, security, or product changes.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a security risk. Data handling after termination is governed by the Privacy Policy and DPA.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazarus Deal Recovery is not liable for lost revenue, pipeline errors, regulatory penalties from your failure to obtain recording consent, or decisions based on outputs. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or, for unpaid freemium use, to one hundred Canadian dollars).
You agree to indemnify Lazarus Deal Recovery from claims arising from your uploads, failure to obtain recording consent, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
